The room was clean but the air conditioner was very noisy and the bed was not comfortable. Got very little sleep. Turned the air conditioner off to try and get some sleep. The temperature rose up to 26° C, so had to turn the air conditioner back on.

Room was kinda gross. Hair in the shower from previous person. Extremely cheap amenities for $250 a night. Old worn.out beds. Doors slamming at all hours of the night from other guests, no dampers on the doors to close slowly. Person who checked is in neglected our breakfast voucher. Breakfast wasn't available until 9am and so we paid for it as part of our booking online but due to our schedule we got nothing. Air conditioner was too noisey to sleep but needed for the stuffy bad air in the room. Barely got any sleep due to other guests on either side of us that were just the worst. The three rooms we were in were just above the lobby, and the noise we could hear I'm sure the deal worker could here but it continued all night. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Canada and I travel coast to coast to coast. It was the only place available for our date of one night travel. I recommend staying anywhere else, even sleeping in my truck might have been preferred considering the cost. Only positive was the pub and the pub staff. They were friendly and helpful and the beer was very cheap, service was generous, charming vibe.

Overall, it was a great experience. It's an old building, so if you have the right expectations going in of a quaint old Inn, then you'll be happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and isn't that what matters most? The staff at the restaurant were the real stars: friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Shoutout to Heather!

The pub has amazing service and great food 4 stars, Bruce is amazing A++ highly recommend. . The hotel is a different story. Staff was amazing and did everything they could to make our stay amazing 4 stars , hotel 3 stars, average at best. Wifi sucks, paid for a room with a jet tub and its broken and was not told when I booked 6 weeks ago. Hours before our room keys would work. Waiting to talk with the manager in the morning, soupose to get a discount when checking out.Never did receive any discount.

The restaurant had very good food! The bedding and pillows could have been better! The bed was too soft.

Bed was not very comfortable..mattress curved down at the sides. Location good for sightseeing & restaurant next door was good Parking was a plus

The building itself is beautiful. We had an early morning flight, so checking out early was easy and wasn’t a problem

This is an older property, but has real charm! The breakfast (which was included) was outstanding, and the parking was free and easy. The room was simple but had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Beware that the ratings for the Duckworth are relevant to the bar/pub and not to the accommodation. The accommodation is very poor and in desperate need of modernisation - which they say is happening…

Location is good and this basic hotel is near the airport and less cost than other hotels but it is jaded. The bed if comfortable and the bathroom good so not bad for the price, but we hoped for better

Great stay

The room was old, smelly, the wall paper was peeling off and the ceiling stained in the bathroom. No hairdryer. And for this subpar room I paid over 300$ for one night. Very disappointed.

Great restaurant, old room, great location

The breakfast was amazing and the staff in the restaurant were super friendly. We did ask for a working hair dryer and it was not replaced. Overall the lace was good

Nice courtyard hotel with small, older rooms and a sweet british style pub attached. The amenities are a bit older, but the price, location, pub were all fantastic, and the staff were amazing.

This is a very dated building. The room was simple and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The biggest drawback was the tiny washroom and no amenities in the area. They have a restaurant that opens at 8:00am and there is a gas station next to the hotel. If you want a decent coffee before 8:00am you have to drive there.
