I had a one-night experience at this hotel. Overall rating 5/10 for the price of 3.4 million VND including breakfast. The toilet leaked and water dripped onto the floor. The floor corners and carpet smelled musty. The pool was small and cramped. I went to the pool and it was overcrowded. You couldn't even walk around and there were no chairs to sit on. It looked very poor compared to what you see in the pictures. In general, a big brand like Sheraton, but the quality is only below average. Very disappointing.

The service staff were excellent. I would definitely use their services again if I have the opportunity.

It was lovely, good services, the staff was very helpful. I'm coming earlier, they gave me the room before my check-in time, and the breakfast was so amazing, lovely food. I'm very happy to stay in here, see you again at my trip

The hotel has a beautiful view, the staff are enthusiastic, the swimming pool is nice, the breakfast is good, the rooms are good, I will return.

Very nice hotel, friendly and enthusiastic staff

Everything is ok, very cool, there is a path to the beach right across from the hotel, no need to go far. Strong shower, beautiful sea view room, quick check-in procedure, beautiful room lighting, nothing to complain about. The swimming pool is also very cool.

Beautiful luxury hotel, however the road to the beach is not nice, there is a side street to the beach. The sea view is bad but the beach is bad and the floor is low so it is not as expected.

Location near the beach, ok service, enthusiastic reception staff, delicious drinks at the bar, good music

You should stay here, it's close to the center but there's no door card that says do not disturb when you sleep, the staff checks the fridge and rings the bell, the housekeeping staff rings the bell (I registered to rent the room for an extra hour), the hotel can call and ask the guest
