2x electricity interruption in room. Otherwise friendly staff

Front desk staff needs training in customer service, they’re very unwelcoming and never seem happy to assist. Breakfast is mediocre, no fresh fruits or healthy options. Pillows on the bed smells and bathroom had an odor. The area around the hotel looks unsafe and the rooms are not soundproof, also housekeeping comes too early in the mornings.

Le lit individuel était cassé à notre arrivée le vendredi soir, l'hôtel était plein donc aucune solution nous a été proposée.Nous avons dormi à 3 dans le même lit avec une adolescente ,ce qui a été très inconfortable, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit.Nous avons payé le tarif d'une chambre pour trois.Aucun remboursement ne m'a été proposé

Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind sehr zufrieden, leider war der Empfang dieses Mal nicht zufriedenstellend. In einen deutschen Hotel kommt man beim Empfang mit der Landessprache nicht weiter. Da ich kein Englisch spreche war das einfach unmöglich eine Anmeldung ohne Zeichensprache durchzuführen. Da wird der Datenschutz nicht mehr registriert. Frühstück ist ok hat aber gegenüber von anderen Aufenthalten nachgelassen. Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sauber .
