Very easy to check in and great walking distance to Universal Studios if you like to walk.

Online says 5 minutes walking to Universal Studios but it is actually 21 minutes walking, 5 minutes driving. That was misleading to us. Expo buses are actually right downstairs and that must be convenient for Expo 2025 goers. This place is more like a motel and it is best for a backpacker not a family.

Changed check in time from 3.30 to 4 pm we had tickets for half day at Universal studios so had to pay for luggage as we weren't prepared to lose almost 2 hrs! Was alot further away than Expedia would lead us to believe. A decent sized cup would have been a appreciated and somewhere other than low beds to sit.

Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great

Everything is unique and good. Staff is coperative and hotel is clean

This property was great for what me and my family needed. Very close to USJ and train station to explore Osaka. Bed was not as comfortable as I would had like but after being out 12+ hours I was just happy to have a safe, clean place to sleep. The property served it's purpose a place to sleep and leave my belongings safe while I enjoyed my vacation. Would surely visit again and request 1st floor accommodations as there is no elevators at this property.

It was good as it was close to Universal studio. The bed was a bit old but the it was inexpensive so that is all good

The staff are very nice and helpful and their hospitalty was excellent👍 The unit is clean and everything we need was there. The only problem was there’s no elevator . But its ok coz they helped us with our baggage😊
