Clean rooms, friendly staff. Only reason I don't give a 5 star is because this hotel has paper plates, cutlery and plastic cups.

There shouldn’t be a $25 charge to check in an hour early when your room is ready. A &75 late check out charge for an hour after the regular time seems too much as well.

Very good in general, the room was clean and the staff was polite. The bed, very confortable. I loved the shower. I was a little disapointed that my tea tasted like coffee. I think that the thermos for hot water was recently used for coffee as well.

When arrived, we were informed the pool is not working, the main purpose of taking the hampton was the pool, as we have booked with expedia a third party the receptionist cannot do anything. Then the heat in the room was not working we had to change rooms
