lovely bright modern reception area. Greeted wonderfully by Darren so friendly and helpful. Lovely drinks in bar area whilst waiting for room. Great room, clean spacious great products available. Tea , Nespresso, fridge fantastic. And an awesome bed and so comfortable duvet and pillows. We loved it. Next door to theatre and train station what's not to love . Great location. Will be staying again definitely.

Lovely smell in reception, easy check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast worth going as buffet although only had scrambled eggs. Room comfortable and cosy, great location for city centre.

Beautiful building with lots of interesting features. The security between floors etc was very good, key card needed to access hallways, the lifts etc was higher than we have experienced before and made us feel very safe. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and breakfast was all fresh and hot. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

Beautiful hotel - appreciated the early check in. Great room size with space for luggage. Lovely big bed and tiled bathroom. Excellent location.

Room on top floor was rather small but fine for our one night stay, and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was good. Hotel very convenient for our family visit to see Matilda at the theatre next door.
