Great location, v near main station. Maybe not the best place for older people. No elevator. Lots of stairs. In apartment there are 2 steps. Need to be aware of them if you are going to the bathroom at night. Ran out of toilet paper😩 Cooking facilities good. Air conditioning fine. Clean. Bed was only about a foot of the ground. Communication was v good.

The ac was in a small room as you enter but cut off from the large room with the beds for my family and I so it was very warm in this heatwave. Beds were nice. Ac worked well if we had been able to keep the door open to our side. The person sleeping in the entrance slept very well. Great location for walking to the old center area. Id go again but not in sweltering heat

Room was clean. Very bare and other “beds” beside main bed were hard couches they laid bedding on. Bar adjacent was nice.

Self check-in and checkout. Very spacious room for family of 4 with teenagers. Useful fully stocked kitchenette with microwave and fridge. AC was a lifesaver during the heat wave. Overall great experience

The check-in experience was a challenge. The person that answered their urgent assistance line was difficult to communicate with. The beds were flat on the floor and the bathroom door would not open fully because of would hit the bed frame. Would not stay again.

A lovely room with a small but well equipped room. The Urban In. Was well placed between the station and old town. The hosts were very helpful.

Very clean unit and had great AC, especially with a heat wave during my time there.

The apartment was charming, beautifully refurbished. The location was prime, many places to dine, and easily walkable from the train station. Everything worked just fine. Two things downgraded the score from perfect. 1. (on me) we have several pieces of luggage, one extremely heavy, we are seniors, and there is no elevator. I forget that in Europe first floor does not mean ground floor. So factor that in. And 2. During an exchange with a rude cab driver, my checkin/checkout instructions got lost in the nethers of my phone. Staff was quick to respond with help checking in. But despite several requests for them to resend the information, which had many helpful tips as well as possibly checkout instructions, I never got a response. So I hope we checked out appropriately.

Great location. 7 minute walk to the train station. Shopping and sights close by.

Highly accommodating to our early arrival. The room was nice and tidy and well equipped for our needs. Wonderful spot!

There is no cool bar with wonderful views. We compared the hotel to staying in a youth hostel for frat boys wanting to crash and ski. We were on the third floor, no elevator, no checkin person. We had to call some mgr to figure out how to get our key. I don't know where that cool picture was taken, we never found it, but this hotel doesn't have it. Fake advertising!! We left early and ate our last night.

Check-in emails were confusing, and actual check-in details (pin number for room key) only arrived just before 5pm. We were extremely lucky there was a helpful cleaner on site, who helped make contact with the management to get access to the key. All emails say that they are available 24/7 for questions, but virtual support agents were very slow to respond.
