Clean room

No dressers for clothing. Closets a plenty but only a couple of hangers. The iron had residue on it so ironing our outfits was sketchy. The bed was super small and very low to the ground. The living room couch was not comfortable. No TV service the next morning. No microwave. You are given the same access code for the elevator and your room. Anyone in the elevator can see over your shoulder the code you’re punching in. Therefore they know the code to your room as well. The parking lots charge $6.00 a day for parking until 5:00am. Parking was not available at The Laundry Room.

Omg what an awful place. The parking is aweful. The bathroom is unsafe there is not one safety bar. You have to walk over a tub that has a slated back to get around a wall. There was not enough face clothes or hand towels. We had a two bedroom suite. The furniture was stained and dirty. Very low end. Not impressed.

Parking was full when we were asked to check in. Luckily the spill over lot was close by.

A great stay! Great location and easy to get around the city from the hotel. Quiet and clean, would totally stay again. Only heads up is that Hotels.com doesn't pass your email info to the Laundry Room, so you do need to follow up directly with them a couple days before your stay to get some additional info in and book parking (if needed). Otherwise, very easy to book!

No face cloths no extra blankets furniture was damp no safety handles in shower coffee pot leaked

Place was easily accessible to the venue. Room was clean except for one small issue which was rectified immediately by property management. All in all it was a smooth check-in.

EVERY THING IS PERFECT! Recommend it

Industrial chic decor with art on the wall was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was much bigger than I expected, the air conditioning was excellent. The staff was responsive, even though we did it through text and email. They were extremely accommodating to me. The location has a cute boutique grocer just around the corner. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

The room was clean but had clearly been smoked in despite the warnings against smoking, the bed was so soft we both woke up with backaches and the space was stuffy despite the AC.

The apartment was lovely. Modern, well appointed, big windows, comfortable bed. It is located on a street with many food and bar options, including a rooftop bar (which was not open during our stay) but it is not noisy. Note that there is no in-person staff. Everything is managed via text message but the host is very attentive. My entry code didn't arrive to access the hotel on the day of our stay but the host answered the call after a single ring and quickly sent me the text to enter my information for check-in. I also received step by step instructions on how to enter the property complete with photos--so it was a breeze. There are also several municipal lots in the area for easy parking. The value proposition for this property is unparalleled. I already sent the information to a friend who's parents are planning to stay in the area.
