Clean room, spacious, close to trams, staff was very helpful

Staff - first and foremost. 10* - welcoming and helpful. Convenient location, just around the corner from a tram stop. Fast wifi. Just ideal for what I needed for a Basel stay.

The staff at reception and the bar were phenomenal, truly excellent. However, there was noise everywhere: doors, footsteps, even the bed moving on other floor. We were waking up every 15 minutes. The pillows were not comfortable either.

Room was small but clean and nice. However, simple machine coffee cost 4.50 CHF!

I was impressed with the ease, the service and the breakfast was good. The room was very good. The only let down it wasn't in the best part of Basel.... Basel as a whole a big thumbs up

la habitación era grande, pero el olor dentro de la habitación era desagradable, el aire acondicionado no servia, nos prestaron 2 ventiladores para intentar ayudar con el calor del verano pero no resulto mucho, ademas tuvimos que abrir las ventanas de la habitación para intentar retirar el olor. No volvería quedarme en este lugar.

Can add some facilities like electric kettle. AC is not good. Rooms are very small. Nice area, Good staff.

Only I have one concern about breakfast price as previously they mentioned price is 17 for adults and 8 for children but next follow day I got charge 27 so it wasn't same price

This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended

The hotel was a good affordable option for a quick stay in Basel. It was quite far from the train station, maybe 25-30 minute walk with suitcases. The hotel gave us Basel cards which meant the trams were free to use. The room itself was comfortable but needed some maintenance, the bathroom door didn’t close and the sink was blocked.

Nice and clean, but bit small room. Not nice neighbourhood. Room view was a highway. Breakfast did not have much variety and it didn't feel very homemade. Visitors toilet was really clean and the staff was friendly.
