Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a strategic location near Sam Poo Kong. There are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, so finding food is easy.

It turned out the room was next to the alley, so it was quite noisy at night with the sound of motorbikes passing by.

The staff were unresponsive, and ID cards were mixed up with those of other rooms. Staff members revealed room numbers to unauthorized parties, compromising guest safety and privacy. Whatever the reason, this is strictly prohibited, as it's a matter of hotel etiquette.

The hotel staff is great. I stay here often because it's comfortable. The parking lot is spacious. However, the cleaning staff yesterday wasn't thorough enough; something was always left behind.

Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms. When I checked in, I opened the desk drawer and found a used tissue wrapper. The Wi-Fi also wouldn't connect.

Stayed in room 202, please replace the shower with a new one. My shower didn't finish because the shower head had a small flow (the showerhead didn't all drain). I've stayed here before and everything was fine, so I chose this hotel again, but the shower didn't meet my expectations. For the price, the facilities should be well-maintained.

I stayed here on New Year's Eve. There's ample parking, a strategic location, not too far from the city center, clean accommodation, and a working elevator. There's a 50,000 Rupiah deposit per room upon check-in.
