When we first wanted to check in, we tried calling the number on the villa sign, but there was no response, so we had to ask a neighbor. As soon as we entered, the floor was incredibly sticky, and there were ants everywhere, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Hundreds of large red ants. The kitchen utensils were also in poor condition, and the refrigerator was filthy. Every corner was filthy, and there were large red ants everywhere. 😭

The place is in Karang Hawu, close to Alfamart and this is a plus point. The downside is that the AC in rooms 2 and 3 is not cold enough even though it is set to the minimum temperature, but room 1 is cool. When I entered, the floor was very sticky, for some reason. The refrigerator was also dead, so I couldn't store food that needed to be refrigerated. But otherwise it was enough, a house with 3 bedrooms and each room was enough for resting. To the beach is also just a short walk across, okay.

The capacity is sufficient for 1 family, especially with 3 bedrooms and a spacious gathering room, ample parking, and adjacent to a minimarket.

Clean, comfortable, strategic location.

The villa is very strategic and located across from the beach, so just walk. The rooms are clean and the guards are very friendly.

The place is nice, complete with stove, magic com, cooking utensils and eating utensils. Recommend to stay! Thank You

Most importantly it's clean and that's what I enjoy 👍, it's comfortable, the price is cheap & the owner is friendly. The beach is also very close. Thank God the family is all happy.
