1. The location is right next to the Bencoolen MRT exit. From the last escalator of Bencoolen MRT, take the right turn. Exit the MRT and turn left. You'll arrive at the hotel. 2. Greeter Hotel is responsive when there are guests. Check-in is fast & the staff is very friendly. 3. There is an ice cube and cold water dispenser behind the hotel. For example, if you miss iced tea, just make tea in your room, get ice cubes there. 4. There is a drinking water tap. You can refill water as much as you like. 5. In front of the hotel is a smoking area. Next to the hotel is a minimarket. Slide again there is a 7-Eleven & Dynasty Food Court. 6. Near the Bus Stop. 7. The room size is so-so. Enough for just resting, putting down your luggage, taking a shower, cleaning up.

The rating here is certainly not wrong, especially for those looking to rest before an early morning flight. Recommended! And I will definitely return. Thank you, all staff.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the AC was cool, and the surroundings were clean. The only downside is that the water isn't very good because it's near the ocean... perhaps... The best part was that I was allowed to check in early, just in time for me to be tired and really need a shower. Oh yeah, the fried rice was a little lacking in flavor, but the coffee latte was delicious. If I may, I'd suggest adding more variety to the breakfast. Overall, good... thank you.
