I enjoyed my stay overall. Everything went fine: check-in was very easy, the interior was beautiful and the studio was clean. However there was a few things that I didn't feel comfortable: I stayed at Studio 3 and it felt a bit narrow for a single person, the bathroom door had issues with opening and closing, there is less space around the sink so it's hard to place your own toiletries. The bed was also located on the top of the couch with movable mechanism, it was solid but I didn't like it very much. At least it was nice experience.

I adored this hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating, responded quickly with any of my questions, and you could tell they really wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was ADORABLE, it could get a little stuffy if it was warm out but cools down well in the evenings. In a great and safe location close to a lot of popular sites and great restaurants shops and bars. We stayed our first day in Spain and our last day and we enjoyed it so much it almost felt like we were coming home on that last day. Next time I come to Madrid I will definitely be staying here again.

Worst hotel ever. First time I left a hotel during a stay. Stayed at Studio 1. The room on the street level, so every passing vehicle is well heard. The noise was unbearable. We couldn't sleep at all. The bed is 1.5 meters high. We were expected to climb, while there was no fence at the side of the bed, preventing us from falling. The owner refused to provide a different room or a refund. But the greater question is how the owner dares to list such a room. What a nightmare.
