Eazy Rio was the perfect hotel for my visit to Tijuana. The hotel was clean and modern, very friendly staff. A parking garage free for your vehicle, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable for my last minute overnight stay. They were very accommodating as I had my little dog with me. The location is great, next to special restaurants, coffee shop, and oxxo for the little things. Thank you for hosting me! We’ll be back for another trip.

Eric is the receptionist working at the front desk . He’s a very kind young man . He’s so professional and courteous . He deserves a raise 😂

Everyone is really nice and place is always clean. The only thing that i would recommend is a bending machine with main essentials like water and basic snacks. I was there one night during a lockdown and all stores including oxxos or main gas stations were closed and before it occurred to me to call uber i was dying of thirst and needed to take some meds. Other than that i love this place and that it is pet friendly

We have a pleasant stay in the Eazy living ULiv Eric, who is front desk customer service, is very friendly, professional to assist us to stay a wonderful day in the hotel Even we forgot battery pack charger in the room after checked out and he helped us to find and keep it for us Very lovely experience while we stayed this hotel in Tijuana for two days

This is NOT a four star stay. Front desk wouldn’t provide extra towels or pillows when asked. Told me it was impossible. That is a basic expectation at a three star hotel, let alone a four star. No curtains on the front windows, so a lot of light comes in that you can’t block out in the bedroom. Bring along a white noise machine because this place is loud from the street.

Staff was amazingly friendly. Location is great!! Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping centers nearby. Rooms are clean! Overall everything was great! Definitely will stay, again!

We had a great time at the hotel the location was great. We really enjoyed the staff at arrival, they handled all of our questions with ease. I gave it 4 stars because the rooms need curtains on all windows particularly the ones facing to the courtyard and the entrance was a challenge to find. Other than that it was a good stay.

I couldn’t ask for more everything in general was perfect

The staff was very kind and professional, and the entire property and suite was very clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t take advantage of hardly any of the amenities, but most importantly, we slept well in a clean, very comfortable bed. They were also very cooperative with allowing us to leave our vehicle parked there all day after we checked out so we could enjoy our day Ubering around all over town and to Puerto Nuevo for lunch and shopping in Mercado Hidalgo. It was a great weekend trip.

Facilities are great, will stay again, but the people at front desk seems improvised, very inexpert to check in me in, lasted 15 minutes and every step he was asking the security guy what to do. I arrived around 7pm

Front desk staff so helpful and location was great

Terrible lighting in the common areas. Unit was horrible— not clean, dingy, terrible odor. I have several pictures. Bathrooms were dirty, toilets are loose, towels were not usable. Furniture was in bad shape in the bedrooms and in the living room. Don’t rent here.

Excellent host

The place is conveniently located, service is excellent and the accommodations are high end! Highly recommended!
