After arriving the reception was nowhere to be found!! After finally finding someone, We wanted 2 nights but was told that they were fully booked even though it looked empty!! We were offered a choice of two accommodations. We chose one towards the back which the cabin itself was amazing apart from being told that the electric and water was off for 20 mins!!. The shower room needs updating badly really let's it all down. The WiFi was non-existent. Evening meal was all cold and tasteless. Breakfast was slightly better. When we left we didn't even hand the key back just left it in the door and told one of the staff on the way out and they didn't even care tbh.

Too pricey for the room quality, building looks dirty, no reception, nit that friendly. So sad because this could be really better place.

We were 2 families. 1 family was given a luxury cabin inside the oasis palm and the other family was given a tiny room inside the building - totally different from what we expected as wooden rooms style according to the pictures. Reception staff were kind of lost not knowing what to do. We stood waiting for 10-15mins in the hall until we were asked to take the rooms. The room was very small to accommodate a family of 4; 1 more bed was squeezed inside the 1 room. Totally deceived as 1st experience in this guest house.

Fantastic place to stay, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, beautiful location and surroundings, feels like an oasis. Delicious Tunisian food. I would highly recommend it. Every part of our stay was excellent!

Stayed for 8 days. Very nice people. Good breakfast and dinner. Clean and nice house to live in. Highly recommended
