Clean room comfy bed excellent breakfast friendly staff great atmosphere in bar

We had a great stay at Rose Tor in Llandudno as we always do. The lady who checked us in was lovely and very welcoming, which made a great first impression. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for welcoming us. We hope to see you again soon.

Check in needed Id which was ok but didn't see the need for it. Was not given room that was requested even though I had emailed hotel twice and was told to pick my room, the room given was smaller than I like with a palm tree covering the window. The bathroom was very small as well, everything was clean and tidy, It was difficult to find parking close to the hotel due to restrictions on time you could stay. Not the hotels fault but it meant quite a walk to the carpark. The breakfast was buffet type and one of the best I've had in a long time, plenty of food and of a good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly all in all a nice stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I stayed in room 12 which had a 4 poster bed and a double bed in it. The bathroom was big with a bath and shower. The breakfast was good you helped yourself to whatever you wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was lovely. The room was compact but clean and had wot u need. Nice building lots of features.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated. Breakfast excellent. A very pleasant stay in a nice place. No on-site parking is inconvenient but manageable.

Lovely quirky Hotel.Would definitely stay there again, despite the numerous flights of stairs and electric shower not working . Suggest adding a bikkie to the complimentary tea tray and decaf tea options or a herbal tea option.xx

Overall the stay was good, just two things that wasn't good 1: no hot water in the bathroom, meaning could not have shower 2: WiFi wasn't working, no Internet
