The staff were quite friendly on both the morning and evening shifts. The rooms were quite spacious. Hot showers were available. The downside: you had to expel three cockroaches from the bathroom. Otherwise, it was still worth the money.

The location is near the city center, the service is good, Muslim friendly in my opinion. The toilet is provided with a special faucet that can be used for ablution, so no ablution in the sink or shower hehe... Then when I wanted to check out, I was given time so I could pray Dhuhr first, it was okay with the cashier, I was close to checkout at 12 o'clock yesterday. Thank you, cashier 🤗 The suggestion happened to be that I got a room where the toilet faucet didn't have a hanger to store it so it was a bit troublesome there, maybe in the future it can be installed with a hanger. Overall, it's good, I like it, maybe next time I travel to Singkawang I can stay there again ☺️

Overall everything is good, the room is big and smells good, the toilet is clean and the water runs smoothly, the AC is cold, only 1 thing that makes it impossible to sleep here, the room is not soundproof, other visitors do not have etiquette in public spaces, children are allowed to run around in the hallway screaming, parents also talk loudly in the hallway, going in and out of the room with loud voices, the position is already past midnight.
