Exceptional is the word. I can’t describe how wonderful this hotel was for our stay in Zarautz. The staff were so helpful. Jokin and Jose and all the staff went the extra mile to make our stay just perfect. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Relaxing by the pool watching the surfers with the beautiful backdrop of the mountains. I can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much.

Stayed there 5 nights. We were super pleased with everything - big up to the staff who made the difference by being super kind and always doing things with smile - stay as you are. The quality of facilities is very good, looks new, and the view is amazing. Last… really loved the breakfast!

Wow! What a gem this hotel is. A lovely greeting at reception and tour of the hotel from, Oihana, was just the start. The hotel has a great feeling about it and is set overlooking the beach. Our very comfortable room was beautifully appointed with high quality linen. A special feature is the electrically operated windows in both the bedroom and shower room. This brings the sound of the ocean into the room. Plenty of choice of seating both indoor and out, all very comfortable. We made use of the infinity pool as well. The restaurant experience was excellent, Jose, took care of us throughout the evening with his very extensive knowledge of the food and wine. It's recommend that you book for dinner. A very enjoyable breakfast the next morning, with a nice fresh buffet to hot food from the kitchen. The hotel itself very comfortable and relaxed throughout. Both breakfast and parking was included for our stay. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent! They meet us with umbrella, help us to get apartment. We will return here, definitely. The parking is included. The EV charging (Type2 3 phases) is included with no additional charge (wow!). Restaurant is with good service and kitchen.

We were looked after so well at Ur Bare by Jokin and the team. The room was so comfortable with accommodations made for our young child that meant we could enjoy our stay as a family and a couple. The food at breakfast was delicious and the restaurant in the evening was such a treat. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and really made our stay special. Thank you so much!
