J’etais dans la chambre 610 et l’isolation est mediocre del’interieur on attend le bruit des auto qui roulent .

First of all, I check in using my debit card and at the moment they want to switch it to my credit card, which is never mentioned to me in second think the parking never parking is paid although that spot I get to know that I need to pay the parking Which is kind of surprise and third time and I tried to get a view of my room. they also denied me so at that time I tried to check in by by just having three requirements and they denied all of them. That’s why my frustration is.

Amazing clean all room and hotel

Breakfast buffet was worth the stay, busy in the morning, so make sure to get there early.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with local recommendations. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Having access to convenient laundry facilities on-site was also a huge plus for our trip. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again!"

The room had a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower and only one clean towel was provided in the room. Breakfast was mediocre this visit. Disappointing visit this time while other stays were greet .

The breakfast on Sunday was insufficient. The hotel was probably fully booked. staff knew this in advance, yet they ran out of food for the breakfast. There were no eggs, no bacon and they were out of bagels and muffins. The only thing left was waffle batter and cereal, and some boiled eggs. I saw some employees come in from other departments and eat in the kitchen, not providing any help to the dining staff.

Early check-in appreciated. Not appreiated : every other day schedule for house keeping, poor state of garage (support posts at differnet places, garbage in garage, etc), no lit comfortable space for early hours stay.

Clean room, good continental style breakfast

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast options were very nice since you had a lot to choses from. Only thing is the pool was smaller then I thought but it was still very nice and clean so overall it's a nice hotel to stay at

I woke up after the first night with bug bits all over my stomach, the hotel moved me to a different room and claims they checked and could not find any bugs but I have photos of the bite marks. I have contacted them about the situation but am waiting to hear back.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very personable and helpful, near good dining options, good breakfast. We went for concert at TD coliseum and it was a short walk away. Would stay again

Clean rooms, friendly staff

Friendly staff, clean rooms and love how close it is to TD Coliseum. Stayed here for the night for a concert and was very pleased. Comfortable beds with clean rooms. Definitely recommend!! My only complaint and I know it can’t be helped but the parking garage is super tight for big SUVs.
