There is nothing anyone can possibly say negative about this property. From the moment of arrival it was exclusivity and luxury at its finest. We had the most basic room in the Villa and I could not have asked for anything more. Giovanni showed us around the property upon arrival and answered every possible question we had... we felt like we had our own personal concierge. We have already planned to return. One tip, dont stay at any hotels after this one... it will automatically feel like a disappointment!

The most beautiful place on Lake Como. It was a magical paradise. The service was impeccable and design details were thoughtful and luxurious.

Entire hotel is a 12/10 but add in that they have ALL the Dyson products in each room!!!
