The place was as in the photos, quite clean and staff replied quickly via there messenger or whatsapp, when you message them, as there is nobody in the building. There isn't actually bottled water in the room, but is a water dispenser in the hallway. The main negative was they are very strict about not having anyone in the room other than the registered guests, so couldn't have any of my friends I have in Madrid over for a drink or catch up :(

Looks like the photos. Had some issues getting in but that was because we didn’t follow the registration directions upon arriving. Great neighborhood family quite and really value for money.

En la habitación, lo más barato posible de todo— muebles, ropa de cama, ducha, lavamanos— pero por el precio más bajo posible, así que todo bien. Los otros huéspedes bastante ruidosos pero el hotel muy bien ubicado y buena opción para llegar, dormir, y salir pagando lo mínimo sin estar incómodo.

Las parades parecen de papel todo se escucha, esta bien para pasar UNA noche nada mas

Small room, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the walls did not have good sound proofing. You Can hear people in the corridors, street and other rooms. On the plus side, it was conveniently located around El Carmen station, just 200m from it.

Before we left Manchester they send us random email to pay them (Eur 83,68) and right before we get there ,received one more email they asked us to pay more which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the name of cleaning fee so we will get a clean room, ridiculous! We spend 2 hours outside as no one was responding and then they were like pay this cleaning fee as well then we will let u check in. Really bad service and annoying thing is shocking additional charges ,as they think people who come from other countries have extra money and they can do anything to take every penny out of their pocket!!

Easy accommodation for just me and my partner as we were here just two nights, fam is provided which is good as there is no ventilation in the room and we had to have our door open out into the hallway where there was more air conditioning coming in

Easy to book, easy on-line check-in. I had a question about the Wifi network and they answered through whatsapp instantly. Room didn't have AC but the fan was enough.

All automatic! No reception. It worked fine for 1 night

Place could use some TLC, decent location.

This shanty lodge didn’t even provide towel every day and didn’t clean the room. When arriving they didn’t allow to enter without paying 5 euro for deposit of cleaning. What’s worst is they can’t speak English at all. Without my Uber driver’s help I couldn’t do anything. It might have been nightmare.

Clean, close to metro lines (red and green).

You get what you pay. There is no reception, they email you codes to get in the doors. The shower had hot water so that was good. It was a very simple hotel.

They charge 5€ for cleaning and the place wasn’t clean, hair all over and the floor was very dirty

Cama muy incómodo, no climatisation, y una ducha donde es imposible de no quemarse.... Y con ruido permanente.

We booked for two nights and checked in digitalt by copying passords. We never got answer with codes for main door and room door. We used QR code for calling the hotel owner, but no answer. No help from hotels. com either. Why did they not contact me for night two? We had to book new hotel and got nothing of refunding. Stay away from hotels like this.
