Great location. Friendly staff. Basic but comfortable and clean room.

Overall, no complaints. I rated it lower than what may be expected because I reserved the room thinking there was air-conditioning, but there was not. Because of this, the staff was not willing to cancel my rumor reservation. Because there was no air-conditioning even though it was cool outside, it was hot and humid in the room the whole night, even with a fan. To open the window mint, I would open myself up to burglary because the room next to me had the same window that opened in the same direction. Because I didn’t sleep well I had a bad next day and I had to utilize that day well because I had to be up till 2 AM. I was strategic to try to get a good night sleep that night, but it just did not happen. I wish the hotel would have allowed me to cancel because of that reason. I also didn’t get the room that I booked. I booked a double room and I got a room with two that appeared to be extra large twin beds. One may have been a small double. The staff was very helpful. The area was perfectly located to the train and bus station for Travel. The price was right they had breakfast that serve served a wonderful cappuccino.

Quiet, safe and easy stay with walkable distance to much of the city around (equidistant from train station and the old city. Easy access via the bus from the airport).

The staff was lovely but Expedia was errant in saying the room was. 55€ and when I checked in I was told it was 74€ so therefore I will not use Expedia to book another stay and will tell my friends as well

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Close to Urzáiz Station. Room was very clean and to a good standard. Compact in size, but good value for money. Walkable to town and Guixar Station. Great recommendation for Peregrinos Restaurant.

Didn’t arrive till after midnight due a late night train. It was pouring rain and there were not enough taxis. I walked the 25 minutes and came into this attractive foyer and welcoming staff. In no time I was dry in my clean bed. Thank you!

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would have been very pleased overall, except the doors were absurdly loud and the walls rather thin. I was awoken several times through the night by doors slamming closed. I am a very light sleeper, so this may not be a problem for everyone.

Good central location at the end of the principal shopping street within walking distance of the old town and castle and numerous restaurants Also, only 3 minutes walk from the main railway station. Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was fine but other nearby cafes offered more variety.

Location, in the center of the city, close to some of the sight seeing places.

Room very basic, with slight concerns about security as there was a window easily accessible from an adjoining rooftop. However, staff we VERY helpful, spoke good English and the room was clean and reasonably comfortable and very quiet. Good for a budget stay at short notice.
