Great value . We had a nice clean room, from our door the ocean was in full sight, and twenty seconds away. Would definitely stay there again, and feel comfortable recommending to a friend.

Exactly as pictured, large comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and a few bowls and cups. The air condition and de-humidifier worked very well so the room was always comfortable. We were in #6 near the street. Check in was easy and they provided contacts for a taxi service from the ferry. Right across from the beach at Half Moon Bay. You can hear a bit of street noise and the odd rooster, but it’s really not bad at all.

The owners of the property are so honest. I love staying here and the hotel is right in front of the water !

We loved the location- very central to restaurants, bars and across street from beach. Room was clean.Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Dehumidifier also was helpful keeping room cool. Staff was helpful even carrying lounge chairs to beach for us. We were able to store our luggage after check out until our flight later in day. Communication with Mame Tree was excellent with quick response. There was construction but only 8-4 so didnt bother us at all. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Would definately stay again.

Beautiful place to stay

Major construction noises right outside our door (#6), no toiletries or hair dryer, no coffee maker, no blanket for bed (sheet only) Pros: very cute porch area with beautiful trees and bushes, watched the hummingbirds. Friendly construction staff, very polite about not sweeping sawdust on our heads as we walked the pathway to the beach across the street ,super close to beach. The cons were very minimal things (orher then the major construction noise) I would definitely stay there again in the future

We had a great stay,,,came with family to celebrate my husband 50th birthday,,the staff was very attentive and accommodating……

Had problems checking in because there is not a reception areas so we had to find a maintenance person to give us our key which took over 2hrs. And the room had a sign to not flush toilet paper?? That’s what the toilet is for. The inside was nice though and good location.
