Parking for handicap people has only 2 spots. Need all the front of the building. Extra parking around the ack but not paved.The toilet in the room should be secured to the floor. The room’s windows, on the outside, were covered with bird poop. Only had a one night stay this occasion and the staff were very polite and stated they they would make the repairs as reported. Great staff.

Ok stay, room was large and bed was comfortable enough hotel had ample parking. There is lots of little issues that kept the hotel at a 3 out of 5. We stayed for 8 days and our room key had to be replaced 9 times, there was no included breakfast and the hotel restaurant was costly for the quality. Location was central but had to cross a 4 lane main road every time you left. Rooms were very loud with road noise and neighbours.

This is my go to hotel in St. John's. Room is clean. Toilet was slow flushing and advised staff at check-out.

It seems they were doing some up grading in the room as the shower unit had NO door to close. Did not use the amenities as we dined elsewhere in the city.

Odor in room, appearance of the made beds was sloppy, due for a thorough cleaning.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly.

The hostess at the front desk was friendly and courteous. We were early for check in and they were able to get us in sooner. The room was very roomy and clean, the only downside was the toilet, it was really small in height, for a senior it made it hard to get off the toilet. The hotel should get higher toilets to solve this issue. We had morning breakfast and the food was good and a discount if you stayed at the hotel. Over all it was nice place to stay.

The onsite restaurant “Jacks” was pretty good although service was a bit slow. The room was okay but the bed frame was flimsy which meant the mattress moved every time you moved! We reported a problem with the shower head at 9am on our first morning and it had not been fixed when we checked out 2 days later!!☹️

Liked the large spacious room, fabulous king size bed with good firmness, good shower with good water pressure. Great restaurant (Jack’s) on premises - longer hours would be appreciated. Friendly efficient staff. Very convenient location to downtown St. John’s and plenty of hotels, restaurants, retail stores etc. close drive to this hotel. There is no Room Safe to store valuables. Small fridge and coffee machine (but no kettle for TEA lovers). Parking on the premises but the Kenmount Rd is SUPER busy, would be nice if the city added a traffic light - getting in/out of the hotel can take some time in peak hours. We stayed in Room 414 for 3 nights. Thanks
