Very well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend, would stay here again. I've stayed in many different motel for my travels and I was very impressed with Tay. Although it's off the main road you don't hear the traffic. Close drive to downtown Perth.

Only issue was the bed was uncomfortable.

The room was throughly cleaned on a daily basis, the check in and check out quick, plenty of parking. Tim Horton, groceries and fast food restaurant was in walking distance.

The room was clean, fridge was cold, staff were friendly. There is no ice available on site, so bring your own.

Owner was very hlpful re: internet and small heater to take the cold out of the room.

Clean room , had to ask for clean towels on one occasion but other than that it was fine.

Great location, close to a variety of shops & restaurants. Very clean, quiet rooms.

Very convenient parking in front of your door. Room was immaculately spotless. Bed and pillows were to my liking. Hosts were superb! Forgot my phone charger in the wall plugged in and received a call within 10 minutes letting me know. Very much appreciated! I will highly recommend
