Clean room, free parking, Excellent staff and services, air conditioning and heat

We would have rated this higher except the bed we had was horrible and needs to be replaced. Super saggy in the middle and uncomfortable for two people. It was clean, which was great. It's very close to the highway so be prepared for traffic noise until late evening.

Staff was super disrespectful, non professional. We paid for the room ahead of reaching and asked for a late check in, at first they agreed but when we arrived staff were rude, agitated and made us feel responsible for her job. Will never book here again.

No breakfast at the motel but restaurants nearby.

Even though I was a little nervous about the motel being right off a very busy highway where traffic goes very fast, it wasn't too bad getting in and out of the property. I loved my little room. It was charming and cozy and very clean. Nice and close to Saint Jovite and not far from Mont Trem
