The location of this motel couldn’t be better, directly across from the lake and within steps of restaurants and pubs. The motel is dated but clean and the staff amazing. The pool was great

Clean, but old lodging place. Staff / owners were friendly. Kitchen was complete with necessities. (Just bring your own sponge for dishes as it was not provided.) Parking was tough, but they have an area for overflow parking. Bathroom was okay. It had the things needed, but we personally found the shower head quite low. All in all, it was a good overnight stay.

Rooms a i need of updating

Got in the room and the garbage was full. Ac worked great. The microwave wouldn’t work after the first day. The beds were great. The pool was fun. Right across from the beach so that was nice. Unfortunately, this time of year there is forest fires so it was pretty smoky. Eating out it was very expensive. All the restaurants on the beach are overpriced. Overall, we had a great time.

The location is phenomenal. Everything for a family is so close by - Beach, waterpark, tubing, Loco Landing, bike rentals, restaurants, ice cream. The AC was nice and cold.

Location is right across from the beach (south end of Okanagan Lake). Even with this busy location, it was quiet in our room. Rates were very reasonable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room had everything we need, including a large fridge/freezer, stove, and implements. We only stayed one night, but would return for a longer stay.

We found our stay to be comfortable and pleasant. The staff was great and allowed us an early check in when we arrived. The property is at a great location with lots of amenities! Would definitely stay here again!

This was the second time staying here for us. The location is perfect! Right across the street from the lake and within walking distance from many restaurants, activities, and town. The staff were very friendly!! The only downsides I have is the parking lot is quite small so if you have a truck it can be hard to park in but possible, the shower would randomly get scalding hot (maybe if someone in the hotel flushed the toilet?) not quite sure, and the smoking by the pool. We had a lot of kids with us using the pool and just found it gross that people were smoking by the pool right outside my in-laws room. Unfortunately, this visit our room was quite a bit smaller then last time and with 2 kids it would have been nicer to have a bigger room. The rooms were clean which was great and the beds were very comfortable!

I really enjoyed my stay at Shoreline. The staff were wonderful, kind and very helpful. I love that the resort was pet friendly. They allowed my black pug to stay in the room with great AC to keep him cool while I was out. The resort is close to all the fun things, the ice cream shop (huge potions and great flavours), the bouncy castle on OK lake, a shaded green space for dogs, and close to downtown for the Saturday farmers market. The pool on site was clean and well managed. The resort was also very kid friendly. It was an awesome stay. I would highly recommend Shoreline Resort.

This is just a great motel. Clean large rooms. Staff was excellent, Even when I locked my Phone In the room very early the day I was leaving , they got up to help me. The price and the location cannot be beat. Large fridge, big microwave,, good AC. This will be my first call every time I go to Penticton.

Great view, poor parking, super tiny kitchen. Dresser broken, had to fix toilet seat bolt. Might stay again but its a bit over priced for what you get.

Clean room, clean and warm pool and great location.

Excellent rate for a one bedroom suite located directly across from the beach at Okanagan Lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved our room and all the amenities, had everything needed to prepare meals. Only thing we would suggest is that it would be nice if the resort had an ice machine. We will definitely stay there again.

We appreciated the full fridge, Laundry room and swimming pool! The pool was heated which we loved!

Great location, I only stayed 1 night was affordable July 13 to 14 2026, but I must have gotten lucky..I noticed following nights were way more expensive. The beach is right outfront, and multiple restaurants nearby ..room is old and dated, cracked tiles, old cabinets, but the bed and linens were fresh, clean and comfy. Ok old wall mount AC unit, no smart tv...but I would stay again...

Late check in (Almost 6pm) because they were short a housekeeper. Room was only just that; a small room and they had since checkout which is 11am to clean it. Not sure why it’d take almost 7 hours. During the summer this place doesn’t really have to try hard as the location is perfect but everything else was just average and old at best. Shoulder season I’d stay somewhere else and even during the summer there are nicer properties to stay at with a just as good location. Sadly I won’t be trying Shoreline “Resort” again.
