Clean room, courteous and helpful staff. The bathroom and room were top notch as expected from this group. The shower is better than the single shower head provided by many other hotels. Parking was convenient and free. Myvroom was serviced every day, unlike may other Hotels these days. All with a reasonable price undercutting many larger chains. Breakfast bluffet was better than the standard choice and recommended. Within walking distance of many stores, cinema and restaurants. A little walk and you have access to the rail link direct to downtown Montreal, running 24 h a day.

Incredibly nice staff. Basic room, odd layout of bathroom and sink. Rooms not the cleanest but clean enough. Property had neighboring buldings doing construction that they did not disclose prior to stay.

Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the stay was generally pleasant. However, there are two points that impacted the experience. At check-in, the front desk staff initially charged an amount that was about $500 higher than my booking price, without any explanation. When I asked about it, she said it was for a deposit, but the deposit should only have been $250. She then corrected the amount to the room rate plus a $250 deposit. However, she never explained why the initial amount was set so high, which was confusing. Her attitude was polite, but clearer communication upfront would have been appreciated. Another issue was the noise in the mornings. For several consecutive days after 7am, there was a noticeable drilling sound, possibly due to construction or renovation work nearby. While it didn’t wake me up, it disrupted what would otherwise be a quiet and relaxing morning. For those who enjoy a peaceful start to the day, the noise made it difficult to fully relax. There was no prior notice from the hotel, nor any information provided during check-in. Overall, with better communication and more consideration for guests, the experience could be even better.

Situation de choix pour magasinage et restos

We were there for 2 nights and the didn’t clean and refresh our room the second day… we were out from 9h00 in the morning, and get back at 19h00…. No bed refresh, no clean cups, glasses, towels… I had to return at the front desk to ask it done

Hotel location is convenient, walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only concerns is parking. Parking is not the same location where the hotel is but across the street, underground, although it’s not that much for a walk. Overall, I recommend this hotel 100%

Nice rooms

Looks good but...no snacks, no pool, no hot tub, no real restaurant (unless you want cold seafood). Can't even get a coke or chips. Parking across street underground walk to hotel. The nearby shopping is good of they aren't closed. Lot of places closing. And nearby restaurants are good but have to walk ten minutes to them. Biggest issue...the room. Automatic heat control blows like a wind tunnel. Work papers blowing away. It blows right into the bed area of your are watching TV. And the three legged desk tips over if you put weight on it while sitting at it. The windows are cheap and let a lot of sound through. The bathroom mirror is a long ways away from you due to sink design. Won't stay here again. Very overrated.

Breakfast timing was 7am. When I called at 640am i was told that the chef will start cooking at 7am and first he will cook the buffet food which also starts at 7am after that they can start making my order. I was charged for water without mentioning it was not complimentary. When I told them they said they will ask the staff

Good location

The rooms were excellent. Well decorated and comfortable beds. Parking is free, just have to walk a bit but all underground. You take an elevator up one floor to the lobby, then you take another elevator to your room. I would stay there again.

Very clean room, the staff at the front desk is nice and professionnal and the room service guy is very polite and friendly. First time at this Hotel but not the last! Very nice view on the mall and the city.
