Room was clean. Nice deep tub. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was friendly at check in and check out.

This is your basic budget motel. We saw no bugs, our room had a deadbolt and we felt safe. Very convenient for going to Stratford plays.

Very clean room. We asked the front desk clerk to recommend somewhere for breakfast. He gave us an excellent place. Would highly recommend this property. Excellent value.

Excellent location.. very close to town, nice clean property, nice outdoor gazebo Rooms are dated, no coffee, good price!

what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.

Nothing fancy, but for a budget motel, it was quite good. We stayed there once several years ago, and I think it’s in better condition now. Brighter lights, very clean and well kept. If you just need a place to sleep while enjoying Stratford, this isn’t a bad choice.

We showed up to a busted dirty room with stains on the sheets- hair in the bed un cleaned bathroom floor,and a room that smelt like a smoking room covered by the smell of cleaning products. I stayed in room 25, we booked based on the other good reviews but that was not the experience we had. When we brought this to the attention of the owners they proceeded to call us liars - there are many reasonable motels in Stratford this is not one of them
