House was spotless and Nicki was a fantastic hostess. Her breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Many ingredients were from her own garden. Highly recommend this B & B.

Amazing fresh breakfast

Nicky, the owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her home was beautiful and well loved. We appreciated that it was air conditioned and so clean. Our breakfasts were a masterpiece. Every morning we had a breakfast that was better than some of the best restaurants. The friendly atmosphere and great service will keep us going back.

Spacious room with attached porch and beautifully manicured yard. Very clean B&B, with friendly staff and unbelievable breakfast. Definitely would choose again if going to Niagara on the Lake.

The place exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures! We stayed in the Merlot room for two nights, and it was charming, spotless, and peaceful. The room has a private bathroom with free toiletries, and the beds are very comfortable. Nicky is absolutely lovely and offers exceptional service. She gave us all the information we needed about the area and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious and classy — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Nicky is very detail-oriented and clearly takes pride in offering a high-quality experience. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Nicky tended to our every need and was always available if we required anything. Her breakfasts were outstanding.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from our host, Nicky. My wife and I were in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the house both inside and out. Breakfast was amazing with all pastries made from scratch and the delicious food was professional plated. While having breakfast, we had great conversation with other guests and Nicky. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean and well kept. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We got to enjoy the beautiful patio and well kept garden. We have already recommended the b&b to a few of our friends and will definitely return. Nicky, thank for a wonderful stay.

Excellent room and service. Breakfast was great both mornings and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be staying again when we visit Niagara on Lake this summer.

Beautiful, quiet, extremely clean home one easy mile from downtown. Cabernet room has sofa, large bathroom and outside patio access - plenty of space. Easy access in and out of room. Purchased bottle of wine and enjoyed sitting in pretty back yard! Property close to wineries.

The hostess, Ms Nicky Bin Sadoon was excellent. She made our experience exceptional. The food she prepared was very good! She had recommendations that helped us navigate our way through town that included maps, directions and advice. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience

Was a little too far from downtown area for my aging folks

Nicky is the best. Accommodations were extremely clean and well appointed. Hospitality was on point in all aspects. One great problem was that the breakfasts were so well done and plentiful that we had to skip lunch. Highly recommend!!!

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay with Nicky. She is the ultimate host. Her breakfast was fabulous and we had the best sleep. Her home and backyard patio were so comfortable.
