Nous avons été très déçu de l’état de la chambre. Finalement, on nous a changé de chambre pour notre 2e nuit. Cette dernière était vraiment mieux. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on ne nous a pas donné une chambre convenable dès le 1er jour, l’hôtel avait peu de clients. Je ne crois pas que nous y retournerons.

L’hébergement propre bien entretenu l le personnel excellant, J’aurais apprécier avoir un vrai déjeuner. Tout le reste est super.

Good breakfast. Fun pool on two levels (kind of a retro vibe) with the balconies overlooking it. Like something out of a mid century postcard. Furniture is not new, decor is minimal, but it is a perfectly fine place to stay for a trip to the zoo. There are not that many hotels in Granby. This is not as fancy as the one on the other side of rue Principale, but I have stayed here more than once.

Personnel aimable. Petit-déjeuner continental pas mal. Ne prenez jamais une chambre en demi sous-sol. Petit lavabo dans la chambre et baignoire qui a vu de meilleurs jours. Éclairage déficient. Sofa brisé. La totale, quoi!

La toilette n’est absolument pas adaptée pour une personne à mobilité réduite.

If you book a room here , make sure you ask to not be put near the stairs. All we heard all night and all morning was the stairway door opening and slamming shut and the people stomping on the stairs to go in and out. The rooms were okay. Beds were comfortable enough. Most rooms had a little balcony. Breakfast could have been better. There was a Waffle station, cold cereal, muffins, bagels and bread and hard boiled eggs that you had to peel that you couldn't really peel.

Breakfast is useless! No hot items available except a water mixed pancake powder and waffle maker! Everything else is cold (butter, jam, fruits). No eggs or sausage/bacon/ham or potatoes! Room equipment is ridiculous: no boiler or coffee maker and no Iron. I asked for iron from front desk and they gave me a burnt surface old iron to use. Don't ask for water bottles. They have it in the vending machine for $1.75 each! Half of the staff speak absolutely no English (I understand I was in Quebec, but this is a hotel hosting guests from everywhere). Very old building (no sound isolation from other rooms). Bathroom was too small with no countertop for hygiene stuff. The only good comment: they do room service everyday.

Had a nice stay here. The staff was helpful, and the service was good. I would stay here again.

Dans le couloir près de notre chambre, il y avait une très forte odeur de cigarette. Pourtant, votre règlement indique clairement que l’établissement est non-fumeur. Comme l’odeur était vraiment intense, nous sommes allés en informer la réception, mais la personne à l’accueil nous a répondu qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel justement parce que nous avions lu vos conditions et étions rassurés par le fait qu’il soit non-fumeur. Malheureusement, cela ne semble pas être respecté.

Un hôtel correct mais tellement mal insonorisé qu’on dort selon que nos voisins ne parlent pas forts ou ne se lèvent pas tôt . On a pu dormir de 2:30 à 6 . Dommage car quand même confortable , accueil très chaleureux .

Clean room. Continental breakfast was minimal but fresh.

We were there for 1 Night, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly. It was very quiet, which is what we were looking for. The breakfast is a very simple one, which is ok, but i wish we would have been able to eat in our room or take to go. Overall we are very happy with our stay.
