Clean and good service

The hotel was clean & staff were great. Pool area lovely. Coral was super with all our questions & assisted us in securing taxis. But ... no restaurant, bar. Water offered in lobby but not coffee. (no coffee pt/ Keurg in room) Bad location ! Right beside busy highway & a long 10 minutes to the beach on a very rough road.

La habitación doble súper cómoda, y sus techos altos dan esa doble sensación de amplitud, el ac funcionaba perfecto, adicional tenía abanico.TV smart, contaba con microondas y frigobar. Había estacionamiento interior. Muy limpio el hotel, el personal muy atento, las fotos si corresponden a la realidad, los fines de semana hay servicio de desayuno, la alberca genial, la ubicación del hotel era muy buena (cerca de lugares de interés pero a distancia del bullicio). Suficiente presión de agua en la ducha y agua caliente. En la recepción hay artículos en venta como refrescos y snacks, además de artículos para aseo personal. El internet funcionaba muy bien. Un espacio en los jardines como área para fumadores. Y había elevador. Sugiero tener por lo menos, una mesa porta maletas en cada habitación (solo teníamos una), y tener contenedores para reciclado. Las camas firmes y cómodas, toallas y sábanas super limpias, hay toallas adicionales para la alberca. Y su caja de seguridad están las baterías en el interior. Hotel muy bueno para familias. La alberca grande y con sección para niños pequeños. Nuevamente felicitaciones a todo el personal y a la administración del hotel por ser incluyente en la contratación. Mega recomendable.

We loved the hotel so much we booked 12 more nights directly with the property. Our bed was super comfy and our room walked right out onto the pool. Hotel staff were more than accommodating with all of our requests, including a coffee maker with cups, wine glasses, and extra towels when our friends came to visit and enjoy the pool. Several of the girls had excellent English and when my Spanish didn’t suffice, the ones who didn’t speak English were wonderful with Google Translate. Housekeeping made awesome little animals out of our towels, complete with stick on eyes, and this charming extra effort really enhanced our experience. 10/10 would stay again!!

Love the property. I think the kitchenette can do with coffee machine and a few utensils ie,, Cups, Glasses knifes spoons and plates.

El hotel está súper bonito, nuevo y cómodo, y todos los que atienden son súper amables. La alberca deliciosa y los cuartos cuentan con balcón, refrigerador, microondas y fregadero para los trastes. La playa está a 3 minutos en auto. Lo recomiendo.

The hotel is off the main road. So you can access it very easy. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was clean and modern.
