Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and had AC that worked very well. Will def be back.

Staff wasn’t too informative, we struggled with parking because of the night events. Until an a parking staff told us he could open the parking for people staying. This is blocked everyday by cones we didn’t know until he told us. I would say it would help if staff was more informative about the hotel since check in. Other than that hotel is good. Expect loud noise at night due to weekend events.

The staff is nice but the property is very outdated it seriously needs repairs. Our room was located where the roof was falling apart.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in a city that is not particularly appealing but is a great base for visiting the attractions in the Huasteca Potosina.
