I mean it was the nicest hotel in the area by far. But the area is rough, love hotel across the street there was also a bullet hole in my Window. I mean could have been worse Viva Mexico. Staff was great!

Reservé en este hotel y cuando llegue, siendo las 3am, me dijeron que le reserva fue cancelada y que fue dada a alguien más y que no tienen más habitaciones. De qué sirve reservar? Pésimo.

The property was ok the stuff not so polite I ask fir toilet paper and never got one so I decided to go buy some at the local store near them

I never checked in When I reserved the room it stated it was 6 min from airport ans when I was actually heading there it was 41 min So false advertising I had to reserve at another hotel and I am asking not to be charged for the room since again the information posted was not correct
