Lovely hotel in residential area near subway. No car needed, easy to get around. Clean. Charming buffet breakfast with good variety and served on china. Friendly staff. Will go again.

This was my 3rd stay here. All of the rooms that stayed in so far were clean and warm. The parking was ok. The staff was friendly. Lidl is 3min by car/15 min walking

Hotel itself was great. Breakfast was not included, but well worth the extra small fee. Listed as having laundry facilities, but doesn't. Has a laundry service available for those staying multiple days. The room was extremely nice, and exceeded expectations. The biggest downside is parking. We arrived early and found a parking spot, but left later and had a 20+ minute walk back to the hotel when we returned.

Fun stay! Great room

Hotel Cristal is reliable and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious! The hotel has a wonderful self-serve coffee machine in addition to coffee prepared and brought to the table. We stayed in summer when it was especially hot. There is no AC, so we had to keep our windows open - lots of noise from then major street nearby. I would stay there again.

All very nice except the noise coming from a group of kids which they went out of control late on the night

Hotel staff not especially welcoming. The bathroom shower needs to be redone - the old grout is showing age and a lot is use.

This was a wonderful place. Close to the train. Easy to get around. Very helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable and quiet community.
