Location was in the old town, about a 5min walk Down the slope to the beach. The hospital staff where very helpful and when not about there was a phone number and they appeared within a few minutes. Room had air conditioning, which in the heat was a life saver. Room had 1 single and one double beds. The bathroom was modern and clean. And it had a safe but you had to pay extra to get the key. But excellent location restraints and cafes all about.

Ok but because they allow groups of people to stay I had one night were I was woken by noise from a group of men on the floor up from me from about 4am till about 6.30. Also the room I was in the shower curtain was really dirty.

Easy check in and check out services, we checked in after 8pm and quickly sorted by ringing the number. Room was clean and just what we needed for a few days away.

Clean, spacious, check in was quick and easy ( reception wasn't manned at the time of our arrival, but a quick phone call from notice on the wall and someone came to check us in ) l think we were possibly one off the 1st in. Newly refurbished room snow white towels, but no glasses in bathroom, fridge and a microwave in main room not sure why the microwave was there but no kettle, Room 102 needs to have a net curtain at ths window as the adult education centre accross has full view of clients in that room, therfore the main curtain needs to ne closed at all times...this isnt at all good. Overall we had a good stay...would recommend 👌 👍

We love staying in the old town area.pf benidorm amd this was perfect 2 minute walk into the centre for shopping ,bars and food. the beach just as close. The room was lovely we had a double bed, walk in shower. Microwave and fridge freezer. We had a late flight and didnt arrive at the hotel until 1 am, very friendly staff and the desk is manned 24hr but need to ring if arriving after 9pm. Throughly enjoyed our holiday and we will definitely be staying at this hotel/ apartment again.

Great room but too noisy at night- stag parties mainly

We picked here because of location as we were running the Benidorm Half Marathon. The Hostal was ideal for our needs and we could not fault the manager he was great. We would stay again.

Hostal Anna was very impressive. Good sized room, Air con, modern private bathroom, balcony, fridge and microwave. It's in the Old Town which we had some lovely walks even into Finestrat and plenty shops. We walked into the New Town every day cos we love the entertainment etc but it was a trek after a few beers lol. Would recommend. The only downside was a school right opposite our room so very noisy approx 8am with all the children for a little while.

Hôtel bruyant de la part de certains occupants et groupe. Ménage limite. Par contre très bien situé, plage, commerce et restos.
