Such a nice, clean property, central location (right across the street from Chon Saan Palace) walking distance from a lot of places in the city. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Clean room, friendly staff, but water was very chlorinated and dried out my skin badly after showering. I don’t think it’s due to the hotel, but perhaps due to city water standards.

Yes, the room was great whatever we needed. I'm only disappointed because I read that there was breakfast included, but in fact it's not the case. They told me it was another hotel they had somewhere else. I purposely looked so tell me some breakfast, so I was a little disappointed me

Room sage had no batteries. After receiving them, incomplete instructions did not allow us to use the safe. No shampoo Tv was difficult to navigate between what channels were available and what ones were subscription Front desk was pleasant but not overly helpful with our issues

My experience at this facility could’ve been better. It was not the worst I’ve ever experienced however, the cleanliness was not one of their forte. The water pressure in the room was low and the hot water didn’t last long. I was only provided one hand towel one body towel and one face towel my entire weekend can stay. I did not opt in for the housekeeping option. Wasn’t sure where that was located on the reservation. However, the location was exceptional. The staff was friendly and I felt safe at night being though you need a code to exit the building and enter your room.

Our stay at Jovilee Hotel was exactly what we needed. The hotel is nice, safe and clean and has self parking on site. There is no restaurant in this hotel but there is an excellent chinese restaurant across the street and they deliver to your hotel room. The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We recommend the Jovilee Hotel and will stay there again when we return to Belice.

2 persons staying and only 1 set of towels were available. Another set was provided, but evidently she was not too happy about bringing it when she shoved it into my chest upon the door being opened. Nothing was said.need More hooks abd shelves in bathroom. Location somewhat sketchy.

Everything is very clean and well organized

The bed was so comfy love the shower room it self was clean and comfortable. My second time staying here it was great both times!!

We had a nice and easy one night stay- the room had nice amenities and staff was very friendly. There were maybe a couple spots that could have used a better wipe down, some drips on the walls of different colors, but surfaces were all clean. Their restaurant next door was delicious too!

The entire staff were helpful and supportive, I like that.

The property was clean and convenient to food and shopping. Staff were very friendly.

My only complaint is that the room is tiny. Excellent location. Very clean. Safe, and always staff available.

Jovilee Hotel in Belize City is lovely.
