Staff had no idea about our reservation. Couldn't find it apparently then suddenly found it. They tried to give us a room (we booked a chalet), I declined that and showed the reservation. Then they couldn't find keys for the chalets (about 30 minutes of having no idea what was happening). Then they told me that I can use the chalet with no key, locks from inside. Which meant that someone basically had to stay in the chalet if we wanted to leave. All pretty sketchy. They were also kind of rude, I was trying my best with French (I'm okay but not perfectly fluent) but they seemed to be naming me for the lack of keys and organization on their end. Also - they said they had internet. While it showed up as a wifi option it was connected with out internet and no data.

Property was under renovations, very unappealing, certainly not as depicted of descriptions on site

Clean places but needs renovation (repair). Ok for a quick night stop on a roadtrip but not as destination. Staff was very nice and food looked good even if we didn’t eat.

The AC was broken so it was 26C in the room overnight and our two children were too warm to sleep comfortably

Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean, but air conditioning did not make a difference it was to hot.

The cabin was cozy and the staff was very accommodating.

It was a very bad experience. Il y avait un bar et la musique retentissait dans notre chambre jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. Les gens parlaient fort, les portes d'autos claquaient et nous entendions tout de la chambre. Incapable de dormir. Quand j'ai averti le personnel m'a manqué de respect. Je veux être remboursé. Pire expérience de ma vie dans un motel.

We was there for 1 night in a private 2 bedroom chalet. It was well maintained and clean. We ordering food at the restaurant and it was good too.Thank you amazing team!!!

Pas de service ne nettoyait pas la chambre ne ramenait pas de serviette puis ça chicanet dans le corridor pendant 1heure a partir de 23 heures puis fesait du lavage et séchage de serviette.

Good location and very helpful staff. Could be better maintained

This is primarily a camp ground so my stay as a room guest does not reflect the camp ground. Room is not a hotel or even a Motel quality room. Miss match items, tiny shower, room has old fashion key and it would not fit in lock unless pushed hard. Wife could not do it. We were very disappointed.

Booked this room because it had a full kitchen so we could make dinner and breakfast to save some money on our journey to newfoundland. Was disappointed when there was little to no utensils,no glasses,1 soup mug,no pans or oven ware. 1 pot,1 tiny fork. Keurig coffee with no cups in the room. Outside access door was taped shut still from the winter and i was told i could use i just had to remove the tape myself to use it if i wanted. No wifi displayed in room had to call front desk for it and had no pen and paper pad in room to writedown the wifi. Place felt unready to me and i would have chose different accommodation if i had my time back. Area is nice, room was clean but lacked alot of basics that one would expect renting a room with a kitchen and oven. Was disappointed over all.
