The property is a very nice converted factory building. The loft studio apartment was perfect for our family of 3. We saved a bunch of money being able to cook some meals in the room. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a nice boutique hotel that was a tiny bit away from the crowded areas. But it was close enough that we were still able to walk to everything. Not to mention the space itself was huge. Definitely recommend over staying at one of the big name hotels.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night. The room was very spacious, well equipped and very clean. We arrived at the location an hour before check-in just to see if our room was ready. It was not however we were told that we would be texted when it was ready. We went off to grab a bite to eat waited almost an hour and a half and still no text message. We returned to check in to our room and it was ready despite no communication. There was quite a long lineup of people waiting to check in at this point. The lobby is very small and people were waiting out the door. We also learned upon check in that a $250 deposit was required. This was not indicated when we were booking via Expedia. When I asked the person checking us in about this, she was quite abrupt saying it was on their website. I said I didn't book through your website. I booked through Expedia and this was not mentioned. Overall, this was a nice place to stay. It was very reasonably priced close to all of the main attractions and very clean. I do believe they have some work to do with customer service and communicating with those staying in their building.

There are no words to describe how at home we felt. From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the spotless, beautifully maintained space, every detail made our stay unforgettable. We would gladly book this place again and again. On top of that, the staff were absolutely amazing -so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. It’s clear that whoever designed and managed this space carefully considered every guest’s comfort and needs. 10/10 - we highly recommend this beautiful getaway to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing retreat.

Nice rooms, was a rough area to stay in.

Unique style and very spacious rooms.

New, clean and well thought out if you want to come and go and have access to a kitchen. Walls are paper thin. We could hear neighbours and their tv. Also, not far from main attractions, but two blocks out of main range and neighborhood a little sketchy. Parking is also a little pricey but has overnight surveillance.
