Comfortable and friendly to stay

The hotel staff were very helpful and the service was very friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean.

First time concert at Indonesia Arena GBK and got a very strategic accommodation. Really like the accommodation. The price is cheap but the service is good (the staff is friendly and very helpful), the facilities are good (lots of charging ports and the AC is very cold), early check-in (depending on room availability), check-out is not complicated, the bathroom is very clean even though it is shared (there is hot water too), it is also strategic if you want to go to the terminal. Really top notch, next time I go to Jakarta and need accommodation, I will take it here👍

Stayed overnight due to a change in schedule. Check-in was easy, extending room card access without a deposit. Check-out was also easy. Overall, it was worth it for the price and central location.

Parking is free, just report to the front desk. Our room type included breakfast for two people, and the Masama is located on the G floor.

Standard budget room, but the receptionist was helpful. Several times, they easily helped me change my e-money for free parking. The hot shower water was great. The room lighting was a bit lacking. Cleaning the room had to be requested at the receptionist. All rooms have no windows. Breakfast was quite good, with a choice of menu options.

You can enter through the side of the MCD or the side of the mall, where there's also an entrance and turn right. The bathroom is clean and there's no queue, but it's a bit less suitable for families because there are no windows and it's a bit noisy.

A recommended affordable hotel in the Senayan area. It's strategically located in the Senayan Trade Center, near Senayan City and Plaza Senayan. It offers easy transportation access. I stayed at this hotel due to a concert at GBK. The rooms are clean, with cool air conditioning, a smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. There are plenty of shared bathroom options, but be discerning as some can be dirty and unsanitary.

Everything was very good, considering the price, facilities, and distance offered, as I stayed yesterday to attend an event at GBK. It's also walkable if you want to go to GBK. The room wasn't particularly soundproof, but it was acceptable for me (the hotel is frequented by families, so there was a lot of family/children noise in the morning or afternoon). Perhaps the soap could be replaced or refilled more frequently, as I often found the bathrooms lacking or lacking soap.
