The hotel was okay in the city center, but it didn't live up to expectations. I couldn't borrow an iron, and the technicians didn't show up when I asked for help fixing the TV. The rooms were on the corners of the floor and dusty. It's a shame that, despite being an art hotel, the management wasn't up to par. The food was okay, and the ambiance was good.

A clean hotel with friendly service. It's a perfect stopover in Dumai. It's very close to the port. There's a free shuttle service. Yesterday, I went to Malacca for medical treatment and left my vehicle at the hotel. I'll stay here again if I'm in Dumai again.
