I ordered a family room and when I got there it turned out to be full, so I got a regular room, but it was comfortable and the service and facilities were good.

The room is clean, in the morning when you open the window you will be presented with a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

We were helped by the availability of hot water in the bathroom, breakfast was provided, but there were no amenities and complimentary (coffee, tea, drinking water) (paid).

For the 2nd floor the toilet is outside

The owner is very friendly, the food is delicious. If I go back to Sembalun, I have to stay here again

very satisfied with all the facilities & services of the hotel the room atmosphere is clean and nice and the atmosphere and scenery around the hotel are quite very good the service is also very friendly from check in to check out.
