When we first checked in, we were given a room on the ground floor, which was stuffy and damp. We finally asked for a room change, and after waiting for about 30-40 minutes, we finally got a room on the third floor. Yes, it was better than the room we had originally. The staff wasn't very friendly, though.

It's only a 10-minute walk to Icon Mall, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes along the way, so you can feast your eyes. The jacuzzi was apparently at the very back, and since it's on the 3rd floor, it's open and visible to neighbors. It's better to ask for the ground floor for more privacy. The pillows are typical hotel pillows that make you sore. The breakfast room is spacious and the food is delicious. The swimming pool is also okay. This is the first time I've seen a hotel with a medical room and a doctor on standby. I'm planning to get a massage.

Pros: • Fast check-in process • Friendly and helpful staff • Close to Sanur Beach and Icon Mall. Instead of getting stuck in traffic and having to find parking, it's more relaxing to walk to Icon Mall. • There's a minimarket nearby. Easy access if you need anything. • The children's pool has a fence, making it safer. • Breakfast is quite complete, varied, and reasonably priced. • Rooms are spacious, with enough space to unpack and unpack. Cons: • The toilet and shower are separate, but it makes things cramped. • There's a telephone in the toilet area, so it's easy to bump into and fall due to the limited space. • There's no door to the bathroom! So if you're traveling with friends or children, you won't have privacy if you want to soak in the tub. • The balcony walls need a touch-up. Much of the paint is peeling, and the railing is rusty. The plants on the balcony weren't very well maintained either (I was in room 8590). • The curtains in the room also needed replacing.

Okay, just the bathroom is small, but it's enough. The breakfast is delicious, great.

Walking distance to Icon Mall and the beach. The swimming pool is clean and large. Unfortunately, the gym is small. The hotel concept is very environmentally friendly.

Strategic location, value for money, plenty of food, etc. This is my second time here, and I'll always choose this resort every time I go to Sanur :)

First time to Sanur and stay here.. Amazing experience 💕 the staff is helpful, kind, breakfast has many variations and everything is delicious.. Staying here 2 nights is not enough 😔 next time I go to Sanur, I will definitely stay here again.. Thank you to Bli at the reception for the jacuzzi room..
