Hotel is clean but the room fragrance is too strong. Improve please.

The hotel is really clean, the room is also clean, prayer mats are provided in the cupboard, the bathroom is clean, the receptionist is very welcoming, everything is okay, no wonder the hotel sold out quickly, if I go to Jember, I will stay here again.

A comfortable, budget hotel with a modern look. The standard room is small but still comfortable. Unfortunately, there's only one TV, and it's not a smart TV. But overall, it's good. I'll come back again if I go to Jember.

Had a good stay overall. Staff were really friendly and always helpful, which I appreciated a lot. Just a few small downsides: no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrush provided, some towels had a bit of a smell, and there’s no mirror above the washbasin (also missing a full-length mirror). Other than that, everything was fine.

Stayed with family for school holidays, service, cleanliness in the room and outside the room was very clean, the employees were all friendly, the slight downside was that the toiletries were incomplete. Strategic location, lots of culinary delights around the inn. If you go to Jember, you will stay here again.
