The location is good, close to everywhere, but unfortunately the room I got was very unclean, the drain was clogged, and it even smelled of urine. I've asked to change rooms but the reason is always full. I've asked for cleaning but it wasn't done, and the TV doesn't work.

The receptionist was not very friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel was not well looked after, the room window was broken and could not be closed/locked.

Good, but please prepare towels, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, there are none.

The room has been booked on the app, but it says it is not in the system even though the voucher has been issued in the app, it's disappointing.

far from coming from out of town check in was rejected on the grounds that the traveloka system error did not confirm the booking to the hotel even though the booking payment had been paid in full, it is very unlikely because traveloka has issued a booking ID which should have been received by the hotel several days ago. be careful friends with the hotel. at the national level traveloka which usually cooperates is considered an error, especially customers, when staying there to be more vigilant and please be more careful in choosing a place to stay.

Broken room door, very poor cleanliness. Request for extra bed but only basic mattress, very slow check-in service.

The hotel is often full during holidays, book in advance on the app. Hot water is not on, the room is clean. The noise from the street can be heard.
