I was impressed by the friendliness of all the hotel staff, from our arrival, throughout our check-in, and until we checked out. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Several times, my friend left his jacket in the restaurant and lobby area, but after asking, he found it was there and kept. Thank you, Laska Hotel, for your hospitality and comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Sukabumi. Very satisfied.

Cleanliness is well-maintained in the lobby, hallways, elevators, swimming pool, and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with city views. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety and is delicious. It was a pleasant experience staying at Hotel Laska Sukabumi.
