Breakfast was great. For soundproofing, rooms on the 200th floor and above can sometimes be noisy with chairs shifting. Otherwise, it's great.

Overall it was good, but the fruit in the breakfast was a little stale.

Lack of information in the app. We had selected a non-smoking room, but upon arrival and confirmation from customer service, we discovered that all the rooms were smoking. We had to ask the staff for some freshener because the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

I was so happy to have a staycation here. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The price was very reasonable, I really liked it.

The single-bed room I booked was overall pleasant, clean, fragrant, and tidy. The bathroom was also clean, quite spacious, and had a strong flow of water. However, the only downside was the lack of hangers. And in my room, the drain was a little clogged, so it took a while to drain. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and the price was quite affordable.

The room was clean, but the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong, even if I used an inhaler I could still smell the cigarettes. There was no soap provided. The walls were very thin because they were made of GRC, so the sound from the next room was very clear, so it disturbed my sleep. Maybe the room could be made soundproof and not smell of cigarettes.

The room is very comfortable, soundproof, very clean, there are also plugs in the toilet, the mirror has a light so you can do your make up or straighten your hair in the toilet, but it's a shame there are no hangers for clothes, everything is just right, there's just a clothes hanger.

After booking, I read reviews and found out the rooms were all smoking. Ugh! I'm really sensitive to cigarette smoke. So I called the hotel and asked for the room to be air-conditioned so it wouldn't smell like cigarette smoke. And they truly responded to my request.
