Great beautiful location. Staff attentive, but there is opportunity for more staff to ‘support’ guests, for example, take coffee orders at breakfast so guests are not queuing for the barista, or provide a service to guests when they are on the beach for drinks etc.

Beautiful location

Beautiful resort. We were amazed by how quiet and peaceful it was, even though it was half term. The private beach was stunning as was the pool area. The food was lovely and an easy walk into San Teodoro. We will definitely come back.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Modern rooms, short walk to the pool and beach. Rooms were cleaned daily, free paddle boarding, use of kayaks on the beach. We had a very lovely relaxing time. Lots of lovely beaches around to explore. Breakfast buffet amazing, lots to choose from. Would be nice to have a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. Bar food menu needs improvement. We will be coming back for sure.

Everything was Excellent - only thing which had a little room for improvement was the evening food. The rooms are great, fantastic view, swimming pool and enough sun loungers to go round (in late May).

More of a family resort than a place for a couple.

It was perfect! Felt like a personalised comfortable stay than the hotel chains which feel like a commercial business plan than anything personal

Location, size of rooms, setting, view of the sea

All the staff was vry friendly, the food was good and the service was upscale.Breakfast had a lot of options and variety.

The room is clean and modern. The hotel beach is great and has space for many people at the same time. Staff ia helpful and with good english. Breakfast as an ok offer. I would recommend serving coffee in the tables since the queue to the coffee machine gets pretty busy quickly.

The private beach and overall beachfront area was very accessible and had great facilities. The staff at reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern, clean and big, so overall was great value for money. The only downside was that breakfast got chaotic when arriving past 9:00 but wasn’t too bothersome as we just got up a little earlier.

It was a great property. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The grounds were kept very nice. The only upgrade I could suggest is that they clean the beach more thoroughly from seaweed and rocks. But other than that, I highly recommend this property.

We had a really good stay but a couple of things tarnished our holiday. The check in was terrible. Being told we needed to pay, when we had already paid through Hotels.com. Reception wanted to keep our passports with no explanation. Wasn’t given any information about the hotel, meal times etc. The room was nice, but the A/C would only stay on for 10 minutes at a time. No place to get drinking water and no bottles of water provided. Room was clean, but there was no top up of any of the toiletries for a five night stay. We went out on a half day boat trip. This was good, for the price, but oversold by the rep. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and it was nice that the hotel was quiet. I think some of the issues are because it is low season and staff just getting ready for the high season. If this place was fully booked out mind, then I feel it would have been chaotic and very busy with a lot of room units in close proximity.

Beautiful location with private beach and lovely gardens. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Short walk into the town where there are restaurants and shops. You can arrange boat trips from the hotel that picks you up in the morning from the hotels own jetty. We also enjoyed playing Padel and courts had a lovely view of the sea. You could also use paddle boards, kayaks and they had free exercise and yoga sessions outside. Walking distance to la cinta beach but you’d need a car if you wanted to explore further. We didn’t want to leave!
