Spotlessly clean, wonderful hosts, excellent (and huge!) breakfast. Lovely towpath walk along the canal into the town centre. Only marked down because when we booked, the room was described as en suite when in fact the shower room was separate, shared and up a steep flight of stairs.

Rob and Jan are lovely people! Checked us in and left us be. Full English breakfast to die for. Very highly recommended. Great to meet folks who love what they do!

What a glorious stay for two nights! The breakfast was out of this world and carried us throughout the day. Excellent friendly hosts that we'd be thrilled to call our friends any day!

A gem of a BnB. From the warm friendly and welcoming greeting on arrival, through to the wonderful tasty breakfast in the morning. We only stayed one night, but were made to feel so at home. The rooms and amenities were lovely and clean, with well considered playful decor. The bed was also really comfortable. The full breakfast was a beast a bit much for us but you could pick what you wanted so we went with just bacon, sausage and eggs with toast. It was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were good quality. We would highly recommend and we will be back when we’re next in the area.

Great place to stay with a warm welcome. Rob and Jan are very friendly hosts, made us feel at home. A short walk into Todmorden and had a lovely day. Had a great sleep in a very comfy bed. All topped off by a lovely breakfast the morning after. Couldn't have asked for more. Hope to be back in the future. Thanks Toothless Mog for a lovely stay! 👍👍👍

Lovely warm welcome, friendly and extremely inviting greeting. The breakfast was wholesome well presented and delicious. Rob was agreat host, nothing was to much trouble. Great nights sleep, the rooms and other amenities where spotlessly clean. Would we stay again, you bet we would. It was a pleasure to have met Rob and to have stayed as his guest, he made us most welcome.

Good location, just a short walk from the centre of Todmorden. The accommodation was very comfortable, wonderful breakfast and very friendly host.

Really friendly welcome and so helpful felt instantly at ease really comfortable room had all we needed , tea and coffee facilities were great. The breakfast was excellent and we left feeling like friends
