It was not disability friendly. I was told that I could not take a rented mobility scooter back there. There was a language barrier as not many of the staff spoke English. Hotel was incorrectly publicised as a bar and restaurant with full continental breakfast. When in fact there was no bar, no full breakfast just cereals and scrambled or boiled eggs on toast. No restaurant, the room was only used for breakfast. Will never go back there again!

Sheets and pillows had stains on them could not sleep in the bed at all also no signal for my phone in room

The room was clean and spacious. The hall outside the bedrooms and the elevator were quite messy and needed hoovering/ cleaning. Friendly staff and good selection of the continental breakfast

Girl staff rude

It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in,so scruffy with cobwebs hanging off the ceiling,dirty carpets and dirty mattress and marks all over the mirrors,never staying there again!

Receptionist Babar was very helpful room are clean and decent parking was not available breakfast was good staff were helpful.

A good one night stay overall

The stay was okay for what we needed. If your'e looking for something basic it was okay but i wouldn't stay more than one night. There was'nt much on offer for breakfast, the only options were cereal, toast, or a selection of cooked egg options. When i hear continental i think of pastries and other options.

Just provide wifi connection in the rooms as well. It is really boring inside the room or atleast connect tele. And the bathroom sink was blocked .

Staff were friendly and helpful, excellent location. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Hotel is currently having a repaint, new carpets etc which is nice to see. Breakfast staff were so lovely and attentive.

Only positives were: Good position on seafront/lift worked/room tv ok and lots of plugs in room plus water was hot.(although shower cubical was disgusting ) Everything else a bit too iffy especially totally rubbish beds that should have been replaced years ago. Hotel is operated by Asians and most guests there were Asian families and so we had some difficulty in communicating with reception at times due to language barriers. Our overall impression was that it is operating on ‘a shoestring budget’ and we will never go back

The room allocated was in the annex and very small and smelt. Contacted reception to ask for a refund the staff chatted in Urdu or some other Indian language which I found very rude. I left and returned home the whole experience was very poor and I will not be recommending this hotel.

The hotel was appauling wibdows would not open shower door would not close booked for three nights only stayed one night defininately would not reccomend if you like eggs for breakfast boiled scrambled or poached thats fine no bar what so ever the photos are very misleading nothing like the actual rooms

Good location.Not expensive you get what you pay for, breakfast was good.

Staff was very very rude we wait there at-least 1.5 hour for check in because staff was sleeping in their room. I forget my keys in room once and asked staff to help they say no one forget keys here why you forget he is very very rude extremely bad experience.

Room was clean, informative staff, upgraded my room to sea view room too. Continental breakfast was also included, which was lovely. Room had hairdryer and a kettle, also had a bath which I loved. Great location
